What's included?

Rooms:

  • five king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms

  • one bunk room with two queen and two full-sized beds

Amenities & Activities:

  • a 2,500 sq/ft indoor pool building including:

    • a heated pool and 10 ft. hot tub

    • 75" smart TV (Hulu, Disney+, & HBO) mounted above the hot tub with high end speaker system

    • bathroom with shower 

    • laundry room with washer and dryer (there are also two sets in the house)

    • fully equipped kitchen with pool-safe (non-breakable) items, dishwasher, and entertainment area with a ping pong table

  • complimentary high speed WIFI (Fiber coming soon!)

  • smart TVs in every king bedroom with access to Hulu, Disney+, and HBO

  • chef-style kitchen that is fully stocked with everything you need to cook almost any meal

  • formal dining room seating 12 (4 more can be accommodated at the 9 ft. island)

  • two sets of onsite laundry machines (with an additional set in the pool house) 

  • two large refrigerators, two drink refrigerators, two dishwashers, & an ice maker at the bar in the dining room

  • propane-powered outdoor BBQ and comfortable lounge area with heat available if needed. All of which are under cover so they can be used during any season

  • large outdoor fire pit area with ample seating all around

  • spacious great room for family game nights by the fire. Connects directly to the dining room to create extra dining area if needed

  • media room with a 75" TV equipped with surround sound and access to Hulu, Disney+, and HBO.

  • giant game room with bar, pool table, shuffleboard, smart TV and several commercial-grade arcade games like air hockey and skee ball

  • convenient mudroom with large countertop, sink and cubbies to accommodate additional storage needs

  • outdoor shuffleboard court and various lawn games (weather permitting)
